Fat Transfer Breast Augmentation
Fat is taken from your own body by liposuction, purified and injected into the breasts. The price depends on the number of areas the fat is taken from.

Implant Breast Augmentation
Silicone implants (Motiva Ergonomix2) placed through a small incision. With the Preservé technique, the implant pocket is created only as large as needed, which helps preserve the surrounding breast tissue. About Treatment Using Unapproved Medical Devices
This applies to implant breast augmentation and hybrid breast augmentation.
- Unapproved medical device
The Motiva Ergonomix2 implant (Establishment Labs) used in these procedures is a medical device that has not been approved in Japan. - How it is obtained
It is obtained through personal importation (including via import agents) under the responsibility of the physician. - Approved alternatives in Japan
The same manufacturer’s Motiva Breast Implants (SmoothSilk and SmoothSilk Ergonomix series) were approved in Japan in 2021 as silicone gel-filled breast implants for breast reconstruction or breast augmentation in adult women. - Safety information from other countries
Motiva Ergonomix2 has received the European CE mark. Reported possible complications include capsular contracture, rupture, infection, hematoma, asymmetry, and breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL).
